About Cosh Club

Cosh Club is an ever-evolving concept that merges
fitness and wellness, founded by Courtney Shea.
Inspired by her mother, a veteran in the group fitness industry for over 40 years, Courtney has always recognized the importance of movement and maintaining an active lifestyle.

About Courtney

Courtney’s fitness journey has been dynamic – beginning from her earliest days and continuing through her involvement in various sports. She grew up attending her mother’s classes, which ranged from aerobics and weightlifting to yoga.
In 2014, shortly after relocating to Miami from Orlando, Courtney traveled to Lima, Peru, her father’s hometown, to immerse herself in a month-long 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This training encompassed all aspects of vinyasa, from flow and power to restorative and prenatal yoga. Soon after, she discovered Pilates, which introduced a new level of challenge. By 2023, Courtney became certified in reformer Pilates, and in 2024, she completed a classical mat Pilates training.
