Vieques
The Pavilion + Pool
The heart of the estate – a large, open structure overlooking trees and a sweet-water pool that is exclusive to our re:treat guests. The Pavilion opens to a private pool and its zen tanning areas, surrounded by tropical flowers, palm trees, and the soothing symphony of the native coqui frogs. Enjoy complimentary home-made teas and coffee with plenty of space to lounge, available to you 24/7.
The Maloka
The movement shala – with stunning ocean views, The Maloka will be where we host our twice-daily movement sessions ranging from restorative and sound bowl therapy to vinyasa or yogalates. Leave your yoga mats and props at home as this space is well equipped with top of the line yoga mats, blocks, and blankets. Expect crisp open air and savasana under the open sky.
The Garden
From nature, for you – the estate sits in the mountainous interior of Vieques. Therefore, it is more tropical in flora and cooler than the rest of the island. In the local microcosm, you’ll discover native trees, fruit trees, tropical flowers and the herb gardens that provide us with fresh herbs for our teas, meals, and herbal treatments in the spa. We welcome you to explore the delightful gardens found throughout the property!
The Spa
Located in a private cabin nestled between bamboo trees, the wellness center offers treatments like Ayurvedic therapies, Chinese medicine, western massages, and specialty treatments for you to indulge in extra self nourishment on your off time. All products used are high-quality, organic and mostly made in-house. Their highly experienced therapists tailor each treatment according to your Ayurvedic Dosha and their focus is to provide a space where you can nourish, reset and restore. Be sure to book ahead of time, directly through their site as these treatments are not included in the re:treat pricing.

About your Hosts:
Courtney and Marissa are local Miami yoga and pilates instructors who have been teaching for 10+ years. You can expect their classes to be creative, flowy and strong – each format intentionally curated to either energize you for your day or help you wind down in the evening. We will be working through a mix of meditation + vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga + sound healing as well as yogalates to provide a nice balance throughout the retreat.
Courtney
Courtney’s fitness journey has been dynamic – beginning from her earliest days and continuing through her involvement in various sports. She grew up attending her mother’s classes, which ranged from aerobics and weightlifting to yoga.
In 2014, shortly after relocating to Miami from Orlando, Courtney traveled to Lima, Peru, her father’s hometown, to immerse herself in a month-long 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This training encompassed all aspects of vinyasa, from flow and power to restorative and prenatal yoga. Soon after, she discovered Pilates, which introduced a new level of challenge. By 2023, Courtney became certified in reformer Pilates, and in 2024, she completed a classical mat Pilates training.
