IN THE HEART OF THE
ROSARIO ISLANDS
APRIL 1-5, 2027
Off Colombia's Caribbean coast, we'll settle into the rhythm of island life for five days of meaningful connection, mindful movement, and a women's getaway where we can quiet the noise of everyday life. Surrounded by unreal turquoise water, Cala Mambo gives us our own little slice of the Rosario Islands to slow down, move with intention, and let the days unfold at an easy pace. Mornings begin together, afternoons are yours to spend in the water or relaxing around the island, and evenings bring us back around the table to share good food, conversation, and plenty of laughter. Thoughtful moments of creativity and reflection are woven throughout, with plenty of time left unscheduled. A little time away, in a place worth slowing down for.

GETTING THERE
You’ll fly into Cartagena, Colombia – CTG Airport, where our adventure begins! On the morning of April 1st, we’ll meet at the designated port and board our private boat transfer to Cala Mambo. This transfer is included in your retreat pricing. If you miss the scheduled departure for any reason, you’ll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your own boat transfer to the island.
On the morning of April 5th, we’ll take our scheduled private boat transfer back to Cartagena to wrap up our time together.
To keep your travels as smooth and stress-free as possible, we recommend arriving in Cartagena the day before the retreat and flying home the evening of April 5th or the following day. This gives you plenty of buffer time and ensures you won’t miss any of the experience.
If your schedule allows, consider extending your trip by a day or two, Cartagena is a beautiful city with colorful streets, incredible food, and plenty to explore.

ROOM PAIRINGS
Nestled on its own private island, Cala Mambo is an intimate escape with six thoughtfully designed rooms, each offering its own unique layout and character. To create a connected and welcoming atmosphere, this retreat is exclusively for women.
Coming with a friend? Have each of you reserve the same room type and include your friend’s name on the booking form when requesting your room. Once both deposits have been received, I’ll make sure you’re paired together.
Traveling solo? You’re in good company! If you’d like your own private room, there are two private room options available – Sirena + Palma Luna. Once those have been reserved, solo travelers will be thoughtfully paired with other retreat guests based on the room they choose. Guests staying in the Suite Concha suites will each have their own bed while sharing the suite, while guests staying in the shared king rooms should be comfortable sharing a king bed with one other guest.
Still have questions? No worries, these room layouts are a little unique! If you’d like help deciding which option is the best fit, or if there’s anything you’d like clarified, I’m always happy to help! Feel free to email me at courtney@coshclub.com.
