Surrounded by 275 acres of rolling countryside, we’ll spend a week slowing down, moving with intention, and experiencing the beauty of a place that feels worlds away from everyday life. Mornings will begin with movement, while the days take us beyond the property to hike along the coastline, explore the surrounding area, and spend a day out at sea. Back at Cocoon, there will be beautiful meals around the table, time to wander the property or simply do nothing at all, with horseback riding and massages for those who want a little more. A week to move, explore, try something new, and share it all with an incredible group of people, creating the kind of memories that can only happen somewhere along the coast.

GETTING THERE
Your Portuguese adventure begins in Lisbon! Fly into Lisbon Airport (LIS), then plan for a two-ish hour drive south to Cocoon Portugal. A rental car is highly recommended, not only for getting to and from Cocoon, but for exploring the beautiful beaches, towns, and hidden gems around us throughout the week.
Once booked, we’ll help coordinate carpools with other retreat guests before arrival, making it easy to share rental costs, reduce our footprint, and start making friends before you even arrive.

BOOKING DETAILS
Deposit – To reserve your spot, simply request your room and keep an eye on your inbox. We’ll send over your deposit details within 48 hours. Your spot is officially secured once your $500 non-refundable deposit is received!
Payments – After your deposit is made, you’ll receive your reservation confirmation along with options to pay your remaining balance in full or in three installments due before June 1st.
Cancellation Policy –
• 120+ days before August 1st: Refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• 60–119 days before August 1st: 50% refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Within 60 days of August 1st: No refunds will be issued.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your investment and give you peace of mind in case plans change.
ROOM PAIRINGS
Cocoon offers single, double, and triple occupancy, with options for a private or shared bathroom depending on the accommodation you select. Every guest will have their own bed, and select rooms also offer an outdoor patio.
Traveling solo? You’re welcome to book a single room and enjoy a space entirely to yourself, or choose a shared accommodation and I’ll thoughtfully pair you with one or two other retreat guests based on your room selection. Either way, you’ll always have your own bed and plenty of space to rest and recharge. For everyone’s comfort, shared room pairings will be made with guests of the same gender.
Coming with a friend? Include their name on your room request form, and I’ll make sure you’re paired together.

FAQS
IS THIS RETREAT EXCLUSIVELY FOR WOMEN?
Yes! This retreat is exclusively for women and designed to feel a little like a girls’ getaway meets wellness retreat, with plenty of movement, adventure, rest, and time to simply enjoy the island.
DO I NEED TO BE EXPERIENCED IN YOGA OR PILATES TO ATTEND?
Not at all! All levels are welcome, whether you practice regularly or this is your first time. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and take what feels good for you.
DO WE HAVE TO DO EVERY GROUP ACTIVITY OR SESSION?
Nope! Everything is an invitation, never an obligation. Join in for as much or as little as you’d like, this is your retreat.
WHAT EXTRA ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
Massages will be available to book for an additional cost, with designated time built into the retreat to enjoy one. We’ll help coordinate appointments once we’re on the island.
DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT OR ANY PROPS?
No need to make room in your suitcase! Yoga mats and props will be included for you, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like.
WHAT MEALS ARE INCLUDED?
Breakfast and dinner are included each day, with a buffet-style breakfast in the morning and family-style dinner together in the evening. Lunch, snacks, and any additional drinks can be ordered throughout the day and added to your personal tab so you can grab what you’d like, when you’d like it.
IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?
Your round-trip boat transportation between Cartagena and Cala Mambo is included in your retreat. We’ll meet at a designated spot in Cartagena on the morning of the 1st and travel to the island together by private boat. We will have another private transfer us back to Cartagena port on our last day together.
Transportation to and from Cartagena, including flights and airport transfers, is not included.
Please note that if you miss the scheduled boat departure, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your own transportation to the island.
SHOULD I ARRIVE IN CARTAGENA EARLY?
Yes, please! We highly recommend arriving in Cartagena at least one day before the retreat. Our boat to Cala Mambo will depart together at a designated time, so arriving early gives you a little breathing room for any flight delays and an excuse to enjoy a night in Cartagena before island life begins.
IS TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED?
Not required, but highly recommended. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes, cancellations, or travel disruptions.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A valid passport is required for U.S. travelers entering Colombia. Be sure to check your passport well ahead of the trip and review the most current entry requirements for Colombia before traveling. U.S. travelers should also complete Colombia’s free Check-Mig form before entering and leaving the country.
DO THE ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
Yes! All rooms at Cala Mambo have air conditioning, so you’ll have a cool and comfortable space to retreat to after a day in the Caribbean sun.
